Have been in there twice, as I am not from Kingston,, but wanted to say that Greg has been super friendly and always well informed,, takes the time to help you out no matter the amount of the purchase, he is always an amazing guy to deal with,,, both times I have left the store with a friend who hadn’t ever been there before lol and both guys said man what a great shop! I have gotta go back there again! A truly nice experience!! So true!

My first experience with Greg was a few years ago. My beloved Ortofon VMS MKiie had somehow suffered a catastrophic failure of its stylus.....oh well. Time for something new. Greg took the time to understand what my system was and where I wanted to go sonically. His service did not disappoint. The Grado I left with has performed incredibly!
Other times I've gone I've purchased an older Panasonic TT (even threw in a headshell), turntable accessories, looked for advice or just kicking tires. Each and every time Greg has greeted me with a warm welcome and has provided me with exceptional service and knowledge. I highly recommend
